This site belongs to Ericsson Blaser, a film director based in Lausanne, Switzerland. This page explains what personal data it collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
Contact form
When you write to me, I receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you provide them, your company and project type. I use them only to reply to you. The form runs through Netlify Forms, which forwards the message to my inbox. I do not share this data, and I delete it once our exchange is over.
Videos
The films play in Vimeo and YouTube players (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode). When you start a video, these services may receive your IP address and set cookies, under their own policies.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the site secure.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tool.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to me at ericsson.blaser@gmail.com. If you think your data is being mishandled, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the European Union, your country’s data protection authority.
